BBQ Pork Fried Rice Recipe


Serves 4 


Ingredients:


  • 3/4 lb.diced bbq pork

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms

  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion

  • 4 cups cold cooked rice

  • 1/4 cups soy sauce


Directions:


  1. In a large wok heat BBQ pork then add the eggs and stir constantly for 1 minute.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients to wok and heat for 8-10 minutes while stirring constantly.
