Pan Fried Wine Chicken Recipe


Serves 4


Ingredients:


  • 4 chicken breast, diced

  • 4 tablespoon oil


Marinade:


  • 3 tablespoon rice wine

  • 2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • pepper and sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon flour


Directions:


  1. Mix all ingredients together and let it marinate for 2 hours.

  2. Heat up oil in wok and cook the chicken marinate until it’s fully cooked.
