Beef and Vegetables Fried Rice Recipe


Serves 4

Ingredients:

•    1 lb. lean ground beef
•    2 cloves garlic, crushed
•    1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
•    2 tablespoon water
•    1 red bell pepper, dice into small pieces
•    6 oz. pea pods
•    3 cups cooked rice, cold
•    4 tablespoon soy sauce
•    3 teaspoon dark sesame oil
•    1/4 cup sliced green onion


Directions:
1.    In large wok, cook the ground beef, garlic and ginger for 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is cooked thoroughly
2.    In a separate pan, add water and heat bell pepper and pea pods for 3 minutes or until bell pepper is crisp-tender.
3.    Add rice, soy sauce and sesame oil and stir well while cooking for 3 minutes.
4.    Add all ingredients together in the wok and heat for 5 minutes. Stir ingredients thoroughly.
