Vegetable Soup Recipe


6 servings

Ingredients:

•    6 cups chicken stock
•    2 tablespoon sesame oil
•    3 cups water
•    4 slices fresh ginger
•    4 sliced onions
•    2 peeled garlic cloves
•    1 tablespoon chopped coriander stems
•    4 tablespoon soy sauce
•    2 tablespoon sugar
•    100grams shiitake mushrooms
•    100grams bean sprouts
•    1 carrot sliced thin
•    2 pak choi, bases trimmed and leaves separated
•    Some mint leaves
•    You may add additional vegatables you may like


Directions:
1.    Boil chicken broth and water in a large pot
2.    Add all ingredients and heat for 30 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
